The apartment faces an internal courtyard and is located on the mezzanine floor of a small building at the edge of the historic center, just a 1-minute walk from Palladio’s Teatro Olimpico.

Located at the gateway to the city center and outside the ZTL, the apartment enjoys a strategic position, ideal as a pied-à-terre for exploring Vicenza.
The apartment is about 30 sqm, very quiet, carefully renovated, and situated in a small residential building, with views over the inner courtyard.

The apartment includes:

Double bedroom: with a double bed.

Living area: with a relaxation corner and dining area.

Kitchen: open-plan kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and various kitchen utensils.

Bathroom: with a large walk-in shower and bidet.

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (1 split unit), central heating.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

All guests are required to present valid identification documents upon arrival, as mandated by Italian law, for registration with the local authorities.
In case of self-check-in, documents must be submitted before arrival.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Please note that in-person check-in times must be arranged directly with the host and are subject to an extra fee if later than 7:00 PM:

From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €30
Self check-in is always available from 3:00 PM and comes at no additional charge.

Tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash on site or online before arrival. The tax amounts to €3.5 per person per day for the first 5 days of the stay. Children aged 0–13 are exempt.
