The apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Mainard, an elegant renovated building from the 1930s.
Access is via a shared main entrance. There is a lift; there are 7 steps to the entrance from the street, while access from the rear of the building (car park area) is barrier-free. The common areas include the entrance hall, staircase, lift and communal laundry room.
Living area:
The living area is a bright and quiet open space with two windows overlooking the villa's internal garden.
The space is furnished with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds, a dining table with chairs and a television. The room is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, making it comfortable in all seasons.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is fully equipped for short or medium-term stays.
There is a four-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Bedroom:
The double bedroom is separate, spacious and quiet, featuring large arched windows that provide excellent natural light.
It is equipped with a king-size bed (180×200 cm), wardrobes and wardrobe space. Bed linen, duvets and extra pillows are provided.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is private and has a window. It has a shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and radiator/towel warmer. Towels and a hairdryer are included.
Access and check-in:
Access to the flat is via a keybox with self-service check-in.
A few days before arrival, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to reach the property and access the building and flat independently and flexibly.
Other amenities:
The flat has Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning in the living area, a lift and an outdoor parking space in the building's courtyard. A cot and high chair are available on request.

We are available by telephone and email for any needs or advice you may have during your stay from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., as the property does not have a 24-hour reception.
At check-in we will need to record each guest's details for legal purposes only, so you will be asked to show a valid ID.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children up to 14 years old are exempt. A reduced rate of €2.80 applies to guests under 26 and over 70.
