It is located in the quiet residential neighbourhood of San Massimo in Verona, well connected to the city centre and the station. It has an indoor parking space, lift and comfortable rooms, perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests in a quiet and well-kept setting.

The apartment “Otello”, unit 205, is located on the first floor of Villa Mainard, an elegant renovated 1930s villa situated in the residential district of San Massimo, a quiet yet well-connected area close to the city’s main points of interest. The building entrance is shared and served by an elevator; access is possible via a few steps from the main street entrance or step-free from the rear parking side.

The apartment opens onto an entrance area leading to the spacious and bright living area, where the kitchen, dining space and lounge are harmoniously combined. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and moka coffee maker. Kitchen utensils and wine glasses are provided, making the space suitable for medium-length stays. The dining area features a rectangular table with four chairs, while the living room includes a sofa bed that can be arranged either as a double bed or as two single beds, allowing flexible accommodation for up to six guests.

A hallway leads to the sleeping area. The apartment offers two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a 180×200 cm bed and one bedroom with two 90×200 cm single beds. Both rooms are simply and functionally furnished, with wardrobes and adequate storage space.

There is one private bathroom, equipped with a shower with enclosed cabin, washbasin, WC and bidet. The bathroom is functional and in line with the historic character of the villa. A hairdryer is provided.

A washing machine and dryer are available for guests in a shared laundry room.

The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, with one unit in the living area and one in the hallway, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. High chairs and baby cots are available upon request, making the property suitable for families.

The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.

For bookings for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.

Our team will contact you to arrange your check-in time, explain how the keys will be handed over and assist you in accessing the flat. We are available by telephone and email for any needs or advice you may have during your stay from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., as the property does not have a 24-hour reception.

At check-in we will need to record each guest's details for legal purposes only, so you will be asked to show a valid ID.

⬇️CONDITIONS FOR CHECK-INS IN THE PRESENCE OF AN OPERATOR ONLY:

Please note that the check-in time should always be agreed directly with the property and that in case of late check-in there is an extra charge as follows: from 19:00 to 21:00 = 20 euros, from 21:00 to 23:00 = 30 euros.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children up to 14 years old are exempt. A reduced rate of €2.80 applies to guests under 26 and over 70.
