Located inside Villa Mainard, an elegant 1930s villa set in the quiet residential district of San Massimo, “Bolero” is a bright and welcoming apartment where history meets simplicity.

Situated on the second floor with elevator access, Bolero accommodates up to 4 guests in 53 sqm designed to let you experience Verona at the right pace: relaxed, harmonious and authentic.

The living area is a warm open space filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the villa’s internal garden. The wooden dining table invites you to enjoy quiet dinners, the double sofa bed offers comfort after a day exploring the city, and the fully equipped kitchen – with gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and moka coffee maker – allows you to truly feel at home.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable 180x200 double bed. Windows overlooking the garden and shutters ensure privacy and restful sleep.

The windowed bathroom includes a shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer. The shower is fully functional, though not recently renovated.

🧺 Shared laundry area:
Guests have access to a shared laundry room within the building, equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment features independent heating and air conditioning, with one split unit in the living area and one in the hallway, ensuring comfort in every season. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

High chairs and baby cots are available upon request, making the apartment suitable for families.

Self check-in is available via keybox. Detailed instructions will be provided before arrival to ensure complete flexibility and independence.

Bolero is ideal for those seeking an elegant and peaceful stay, away from traffic yet well connected to Verona’s city center.

The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.

PLEASE NOTE:
For bookings for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.

Our team will contact you to arrange your check-in time, explain how the keys will be handed over and assist you in accessing the flat. We are available by telephone and email for any needs or advice you may have during your stay from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., as the property does not have a 24-hour reception.

At check-in we will need to record each guest's details for legal purposes only, so you will be asked to show a valid ID.

⬇️CONDITIONS FOR CHECK-INS IN THE PRESENCE OF AN OPERATOR ONLY:

Please note that the check-in time should always be agreed directly with the property and that in case of late check-in there is an extra charge as follows: from 19:00 to 21:00 = 20 euros, from 21:00 to 23:00 = 30 euros.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children up to 14 years old are exempt. A reduced rate of €2.80 applies to guests under 26 and over 70.
