Welcome to your stay in Verona! This bright apartment is located on the third floor of a residential building (no elevator) and is the ideal choice for guests seeking a spacious, welcoming environment that truly feels like home.

The large balconies and wide windows fill the space with natural light throughout the day. The entrance opens onto a practical hallway with a large wooden storage wall, perfect for keeping personal items organized.

The first bedroom features a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, an elevated wardrobe, a TV, and a window. The room also includes an armchair that can be converted into a single bed if needed.
Continuing along the hallway, you will find the windowed bathroom, complete with a spacious shower, bidet, and washing machine.

The kitchen is very large and fully equipped (oven, microwave, gas burners, TV), with a spacious dining table, chairs, and a built-in bench. A French door leads to the balcony overlooking the building’s internal courtyard.

Opposite the kitchen is the second bedroom, also with a double bed, wardrobe, small desk, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed suitable for an additional guest. From its balcony, you can enjoy a view of the main street.

For bookings for two people, a double bed will be prepared, unless otherwise requested by the guest.
Access information to the property will only be provided after the guests' details have been provided and the tourist tax has been paid.

In-person check-in must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking and, in the case of late arrival, an additional fee applies as follows:
• 19:00 – 21:00 → €20
• 21:00 – 23:00 → €30

The city tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site in cash: €3.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0–9 are exempt; guests aged 10–16 benefit from a reduced rate and pay €2.80.
