Verona Liberty Flats - Torricelle Apartment
The Verona Liberty Flats consists of two apartments: Torricelle and Adige, located on the second floor of a historic building from the 1920s in the heart of the Borgo Trento neighborhood.
Please note that the building does not have an elevator, and guests need to climb the stairs to reach the second floor.

The entrance to both apartments, secured with a safety door, opens into a small shared area equipped with a wardrobe that contains a washing machine and dryer, available to guests of both Torricelle and Adige apartments. Each apartment has its own private entrance within the common entry area. The Torricelle apartment entrance is directly in front of the safety door from the stairs.

The Torricelle apartment opens into the living area, which is furnished with a modern style and a balanced color scheme.
The living area is equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV with access to Netflix, a single sofa bed, and access to a small balcony with a view of the internal courtyard of the building.
The kitchen area includes a fridge with integrated freezer, microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, a coffee machine, and induction cooktops. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a modern island with stools.

From the living area, you access the master bedroom, which features a standard-sized bed (160x200 cm), two suspended nightstands, a full-length mirror, and a modern clothes stand.
The apartment is completed by the en-suite bathroom, which is windowless, and equipped with WC, bidet, and a spacious walk-in shower.

Additional Information
All guest ID documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival: €2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0–14 years and residents are exempt. Guests aged over 70 and young people aged 15–25 pay €2 per person per day for the first 5 days.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Late check-ins are available only if arranged in advance with the host).

Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Late Check-in Supplement (in person)
For late check-ins in person, a supplement is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival:
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €20
9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €30
