The Verona Liberty Flats apartments are located in the heart of the elegant Borgo Trento neighborhood, in a 1920s building.
Finely renovated and finished, the Adige apartment is a peaceful retreat with an appealing and modern design, fully equipped for your stay in Verona, just a short walk from Veronetta and the historic center of the city.

About Verona Liberty Flats
Verona Liberty Flats consist of two apartments: Adige and Torricelle. Both are located on the second floor of a historic building from the 1920s, in the heart of Borgo Trento.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator, and access to the apartments is via stairs to the second floor.

The entrance to both apartments, secured with a safety door, opens into a small shared area equipped with a wardrobe that contains a washing machine and dryer, available to guests of both the Torricelle and Adige apartments. Each apartment has its own private entrance door within the shared entryway, and the Adige apartment's door is on the left side of this common area.

The Adige Apartment
The Adige apartment opens into the living area, tastefully furnished with a modern style and balanced color scheme.
The living area is equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV with access to Netflix and a small sofa that doubles as a single sofa bed.
The kitchen and dining area feature a fridge with integrated freezer, microwave, dishes, glasses, pots, a coffee machine, and induction cooktops, along with a comfortable round table with three chairs.

From the living area, you enter the double bedroom, which features a standard-sized bed (160x200 cm), two bedside tables, a large mirror, and a modern clothes stand.
In the bedroom, you also find access to a small balcony and the en-suite bathroom (no window), equipped with a WC, bidet, and a comfortable walk-in shower.

Parking
The apartment does not have its own parking space, but free street parking is available every day from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.

Additional Information
All guest ID documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival: €2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0–14 years and residents are exempt. Guests aged over 70 and young people aged 15–25 pay €2 per person per day for the first 5 days.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Late check-ins are available only if arranged in advance with the host).

Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Late Check-in Supplement (in person)
For late check-ins in person, a supplement is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival:
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €20
9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €30
