The apartment, 45 square meters in size, is located on the first floor of a building in a convenient location, close to both the city center, the station, and the Arena.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living area that includes a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The kitchen provides pots, dishes, glasses, plates, and cooking utensils. The living area also includes a sofa, which can be converted into a comfortable bed for up to 4 guests, a TV, and an air conditioning unit, making the space more pleasant during hot days.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (mattress), wardrobe, and a shelf unit, but it does not have nightstands. The bedroom also features air conditioning.

The bathroom is equipped with an Italian-style shower, bidet, sink, and a spacious shower stall. The bathroom is well-lit thanks to the window. In the hallway, you’ll find a washing machine and additional storage space.

Check-in: Please note that check-in time must always be agreed upon directly with the property. In case of late check-in, a supplement applies as follows:

From 21:00 to 23:00 = €30

A tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on-site:
€3.50 per person per day for the first 5 days.
Children aged 0-9 years are exempt, while children aged 10-16 have a 50% reduction in the tax and pay €2.80 per person per day.
