The apartment stands out from the moment you step inside, thanks to its distinctive atmosphere and décor combining antique furniture, artwork and prints, decorative fabrics and a wealth of carefully selected details.

The living area is spacious and full of character, featuring exposed wooden beams and a large rug that defines the heart of the room. It includes a sitting area with a 140x190 cm double sofa bed, an armchair with footrest, a writing desk and several pieces of classic-style furniture. The striking red wall, framed by the windows and enhanced by a decorative fireplace, mirror and prints, is one of the home’s most distinctive features.

The dining area is located within the same space and is furnished with a table and chairs, surrounded by a collection of photographs and historic views that further enhance the unique atmosphere of the property.

The compact kitchen, integrated into the living area, features distinctive floral decorations. It is equipped for preparing meals and blends seamlessly into the overall style of the room.

An internal staircase leads to the air-conditioned bedroom, a warm and inviting space dominated by beautiful wooden panelling. The room features a 160x190 cm double bed, a two-door wardrobe with an internal mirror, a chest of drawers and a total of six pillows. A duvet and a warm woollen throw are also provided. The windows are fitted with shutters and light curtains. The bedroom also features a sofa and an air-conditioning unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, WC and shower enclosure and is distinguished by its dark-toned mosaic tiles and classic-style furnishings.

What truly gives this home its distinctive identity are its details: antique furniture and decorative pieces, oriental rugs, gilded frames, historic prints, wooden panelling, ornamental features and a wall painting all come together to create an atmosphere far removed from that of a conventional holiday apartment.

Please note that the internal staircase is an integral feature of the property and should be taken into consideration by guests with reduced mobility or those who may have difficulty using stairs.

The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately in accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Padua.

Guest registration and the submission of identification details to the relevant authorities are mandatory in order to access the apartment.

Please note that the property does not have a 24-hour reception desk, and remote assistance is not available after 9:00 PM.

Upon arrival, you will find the beds prepared with clean bed linen, one set of bathroom towels per guest and a complimentary welcome kit including toiletries and basic kitchen condiments. Any additional linen changes during your stay must be requested in advance and are subject to an additional charge.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

For bookings of 2 guests, please let us know before arrival if you would like both sleeping areas to be prepared. Otherwise, only one double bed will be made up.

You will be asked to upload the identification documents of all guests staying at the property through our online platform. This is required in order to register guests with the local authorities, in accordance with Italian law.
We always need to know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can arrange a smooth check-in.
Our standard check-in procedure is self check-in; therefore, we will request all the necessary information before your arrival.

Upon arrival, you will be able to enter through the main entrance using the remote access system activated during check-in.

Please note that in-person check-in must always be arranged directly with the property. An additional fee applies to in-person check-ins after 7:00 PM:

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: €30
9:00 PM – 11:00 PM: €40

No additional fee applies to self check-in, which is available from 3:00 PM onwards.

The tourist tax is not included in the price shown on the booking platform and must be paid separately, either in cash on site or online before arrival. The tax is €2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0–16 and residents are exempt.

The CIR (Regional Identification Code) certifies that the accommodation is duly registered with the Municipality of Padua, the Veneto Region and the relevant Italian authorities, in accordance with applicable regulations.

A house manual containing all the necessary information is available inside the apartment.

The maximum available electrical power is 3 kW. Please avoid using too many electrical appliances at the same time.

The Wi-Fi password can be found on the back of the modem.

Please do not place any metal objects in the microwave, including pots, cutlery, aluminium foil or trays, or items made of steel, cast iron, aluminium or copper. Metal reflects microwaves, preventing food from heating properly and potentially damaging the appliance or causing a fire.

Waste separation: recycling bins are located a few metres from the building, to the right, near number 60.

Smart access

Enjoy simple and secure independent access to the property. Before arrival, you will receive instructions to complete the online check-in procedure. At the scheduled check-in time, the system will enable access directly from your smartphone. No waiting and no need to collect keys: a quick, convenient and hassle-free check-in experience.

We kindly ask you to complete the online check-in by following the instructions provided in the link sent to you via chat.

The information provided will be transmitted to the Italian State Police as required by current regulations. You will also be required to pay the tourist tax securely online via Stripe.

Once the online check-in procedure has been completed, you will receive the instructions to access the apartment. These instructions will become valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Upon arrival, you will find the requested number of beds already prepared, a complimentary welcome kit with basic essentials for your stay and one set of towels per guest.

Additional linen changes are available upon request and are subject to an extra charge.

Please note that remote assistance is not guaranteed after 10:00 PM, and we strongly recommend arriving before this time.
