Air Conditioning: Available in the bedroom.

Wi-Fi & Heating: Both Wi-Fi and autonomous heating are provided for your comfort.

You will be required to provide identification documents for all guests staying, in compliance with Italian law, to register with the local authorities.

We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

The standard check-in method is self-check-in, and we will provide all the necessary information before your arrival.

In-person check-ins are only available if previously arranged with our team, and for late arrivals, the following additional fees apply:

From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM >> €40

From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM >> €60

Note: For self-check-in, no additional fee is charged, even for late arrivals.

The Venice tourist tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected separately. You will receive a link to settle the amount due. The tax is €4 per person per night for the first 5 nights of stay. For the month of January, the tax will be reduced to €2 per night.

Children from 0 to 9 years old are exempt from the tax, and those from 10 to 16 years old will pay half the tax rate.
