From the windows, every morning you can admire a unique spectacle: the sun's rays tinting the mountain landscape with warm tones, providing an enchanting awakening. Surrounded by a lush garden, the house invites guests to immerse themselves in the tranquillity of the surrounding nature. Inside, the house is cosy and well furnished, offering comfortable and functional spaces to ensure a pleasant stay.
To access the flat it is necessary to reach the third floor of the building by stairs. The flat consists of:
- a complete KITCHEN with a large fridge, a dishwasher, a cooker with burners; - the LIVING AREA furnished with a dining table and chairs, two sofas, a TV and two balconies, which have a view of the front and back of the house;
- the BATHROOM, modern and equipped with every comfort, guarantees a moment of relaxation after a day spent exploring the beauty of the surroundings, equipped with a bathtub combined with a shower, bidet and washing machine; - the two BEDROOMS, tastefully furnished with parquet flooring, offer a comfortable refuge for the night. They are furnished with a double bed in each room, which can become up to four singles if required. EXTRA:
- A CHILD'S CHAIR can be provided for small children, and an ADDITIONAL BED can be provided for a possible fifth guest, but only if requested at the time of booking. The additional bed can be placed in the living area or in one of the two bedrooms. - There is a playground for younger guests in the courtyard. - There is ONE COVERED CAR PARK available for guests.
