Film Festival - delightful location at the Lido

Delightful apartment of about 115 sqm, located on the third floor of a restored historic building, can accommodate up to 6 people on the island of Lido in Venice. The apartment, with an elevator and bicycle parking, offers comfortable, youthful, and fresh furnishings for relaxing evenings and seaside stays, along with a wonderful livable terrace for dinners and aperitifs with friends.
In a strategic location, close to the beach, the Film Festival, and main transportation, yet in a quiet area.
The apartment, in a convenient and strategic location, near the beach and cultural spaces like the Venice Film Festival of the Biennale, is an 11-minute walk to the main public transport (vaporetto) to Venice. Located on the third floor of a recently restored historic building, it consists of:
Bedroom 1: A bedroom with a double bed, private small terrace, and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: With 2 single bunk beds, private small terrace, and wardrobe.
Living Room: With a relaxation corner, TV, dining area, and a sofa bed (for 2 guests).
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster, moka pot, and utensils.
Bathroom 1: With a shower box and bidet.
Bathroom 2: With a bathtub and bidet.
Terrace: Spacious terrace with a table, chairs, and deck chairs.
Extra Services: WIFI, air conditioning (3 units - in the living room and bedrooms), independent heating with a boiler, hairdryer, internal courtyard with bicycle parking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- You will be asked to provide identity documents of all guests who will be staying, in order to register them with the local authorities, as required by Italian law.
- Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance in order to arrange a smooth check-in.
- The standard mode of check-in is self check-in, so we will ask you for all the necessary information before your check-in.
- We ask you to confirm your arrival time to the Operations Team: after 10:00 pm you will not be able to access the apartment.
- Once you arrive, you will be able to access from the external door via remote operator and collect the keys from the keybox, whose code we will provide you with during check-in.
- In-person check-ins are available only if previously agreed with our team and, in the case of late arrival, involve the following additional charges:
from 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 €
from 22:00 to 24:00 >> 60 €
- NB: In the case of late check-in in self check-in mode there is no extra charge.
- The tax is €4 per person per day and applies to the first 5 days of stay. Children from 0 to 9 years old are exempt, while those aged 10 to 16 get a 50% reduction on the tax.
