In-person check-ins are available only if arranged in advance with our team. For late arrivals, the following additional charges apply:

Note: For late check-ins using self-check-in, no additional fee is charged.

The Venice city tax is not included in the price paid at the time of booking confirmation. You will receive a payment request via Stripe to settle the amount due. The tax is €4 per person per night and applies for the first 5 days of stay. For the month of January, the tax will be €2 per night.

Children from 0 to 9 years old are exempt, and those from 10 to 16 years old receive a 50% reduction on the tax.
