For groups of three, a single bed is available in the living area. Please note that this sleeping space is part of the open-plan living room and is not separated by a door from the kitchen or the rest of the living area.

Next to the kitchen, you'll find a practical laundry area equipped with a washing machine and utility sink, especially convenient for longer stays. As this space is located beneath the lower section of the sloping roof, the entrance height is approximately 135 cm (4 ft 5 in), while the interior ceiling height ranges from 140 to 154 cm (4 ft 7 in to 5 ft 1 in).

While the main living areas are fully comfortable and easy to use, we recommend that very tall guests keep this characteristic in mind when booking.

For bookings for 2 guests, please confirm before arrival whether you would like to use both rooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.


A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with all the necessary information via Airbnb on how to get to the flat and how to gain access independently and flexibly.
You can check in via Vikey using the self-check-in service.


All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purpose of check-in registration with the local authorities.
In the case of self check-in, it is required to present the documents prior to arrival at the hotel.

Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 30 euro,
