A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with all the necessary information via Airbnb on how to reach the flat and how to access it independently and flexibly.
Check-in is possible via KeyBox with self check-in.
Upon request, we will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival (in-person check-in must be arranged with the team at least 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to an additional fee, depending on your arrival time).

All guests’ identity documents must be provided prior to arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purposes of check-in registration with the local authorities.
In the case of self-check-in, you are required to submit your documents before arriving at the property.
