Our attic is located on the 4th and top floor of a prestigious building, right in the heart of Veronetta, just a short walk from the historic center and the university district of Verona.

This apartment is cozy, bright, youthful, and carefully designed with attention to detail and color. Fully equipped and complete with everything you need, it also boasts a terrace with an incomparable view of the neighborhood and surrounding rooftops—becoming the perfect spot for an aperitif before heading out to explore the city.

Apartment Features
The apartment is approximately 55 square meters and features an open-plan living area, with well-organized and cozy spaces:

Living Area: A relaxing zone with a sofa (which can also serve as an additional bed), a smart TV, and a decorative fireplace.

Kitchen: A corner kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation.

Bathroom: The apartment has one bathroom.

Bedroom: The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the space by two access doors. An armchair serves as a divider between the single bed and the rest of the living area, creating a more intimate atmosphere for rest.

Terrace: An outdoor terrace, equipped with a sunshade, offers an enchanting view of the neighborhood and becomes the perfect backdrop for relaxation.

Bicycle Storage: The building has a small enclosed courtyard where you can store bicycles.

Additional Information
At check-in, we will need to register the details of each guest for legal purposes, so a valid ID will be required.

Please note that check-in time must always be arranged directly with the team. The check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the check-out is by 11:00 AM.

For late check-ins, an additional fee applies as follows:

7:00 PM to 9:00 PM = €20

9:00 PM to 11:00 PM = €30

The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on arrival: €2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-14 years and residents are exempt, while guests aged 70+ years and young people aged 15-25 years pay €2 per person per day for the first 5 days.
