Living area and dining room

The living area is spacious and bright, furnished with a sofa that converts into a bed, a dining table and other furniture.
The spaces are well proportioned and suitable for both socialising and relaxing. The layout allows you to enjoy the space comfortably even when entertaining guests.
Kitchen

The kitchen is functional and well organised, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It is designed for both short and long stays, with practical and easily accessible spaces.

Double bedroom

The double bedroom is spacious, quiet and tastefully furnished.
The double bed, spacious wardrobe and natural light make the room cosy and relaxing, ideal for a good night's sleep.

Twin bedroom / veranda

This room is one of the most characteristic rooms in the flat.
Located in the enclosed veranda, it has two single beds and is surrounded by large windows overlooking the greenery. The exposed beam ceiling and light-coloured window frames create a bright and cosy atmosphere.
The room also has a study/desk area, ideal for those who work or study during their stay.

Second sleeping area/relaxation area

An additional room, furnished with sofas and a coffee table, can be used as a relaxation area or as additional space for more people to stay, increasing the versatility of the accommodation.

Main bathroom

The main bathroom is spacious and well-appointed, equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The finishes reflect the classic style of the villa, with a contemporary touch that ensures comfort and functionality.

Second bathroom

The second bathroom, modern and bright, is equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The presence of two bathrooms makes the flat particularly convenient for families and large groups.

Extras: Wi-Fi; air conditioning with one unit in the living room, one in the double bedroom and one in the twin bedroom; one free parking space on the premises.

A washing machine and dryer are available for guests in a shared laundry room.

The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.

For bookings for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.

We are available by telephone and email for any needs or advice you may have during your stay from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., as the property does not have a 24-hour reception.

At check-in we will need to record each guest's details for legal purposes only, so you will be asked to show a valid ID.

⬇️CONDITIONS FOR CHECK-INS IN THE PRESENCE OF AN OPERATOR ONLY:

Please note that the check-in time should always be agreed directly with the property and that in case of late check-in there is an extra charge as follows: from 19:00 to 21:00 = 20 euros, from 21:00 to 23:00 = 30 euros.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children up to 14 years old are exempt. A reduced rate of €2.80 applies to guests under 26 and over 70.
