Located on the second floor of Villa Mainard, an elegant 1930s villa that has been fully renovated, the Don Giovanni apartment welcomes guests into bright, spacious interiors designed for families or groups of up to six people.

The property is set in the residential district of San Massimo, a quiet and well-connected area, ideal for those who wish to stay away from traffic while still enjoying easy access to the city center. The building is served by an elevator; the main entrance includes a few steps, while a barrier-free access is available from the rear parking side.

As you enter, you immediately sense the generous layout: the living area is designed as a large open space where kitchen, dining area, and lounge blend harmoniously. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and traditional Italian moka coffee maker, along with cooking utensils and wine glasses. The rectangular dining table is perfect for relaxed breakfasts or shared dinners, while the sofa bed can be converted into a comfortable double bed or two additional single beds.

The sleeping area, separated by a hallway, ensures privacy and quiet. The master bedroom features a spacious 180x200 cm bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be arranged side by side — ideal for friends or children. The rooms are simple, welcoming, and designed for comfort and rest.

The apartment includes two private bathrooms: one with a bathtub and integrated shower, the other with a shower cabin. Both are equipped with bidet and hairdryer.

Independent heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi ensure comfort in every season. A shared laundry area is available within the building. Self check-in via KeyBox allows maximum flexibility and independence.

For bookings for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.

Our team will contact you to arrange your check-in time, explain how the keys will be handed over and assist you in accessing the flat. We are available by telephone and email for any needs or advice you may have during your stay from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., as the property does not have a 24-hour reception.

At check-in we will need to record each guest's details for legal purposes only, so you will be asked to show a valid ID.

⬇️CONDITIONS FOR CHECK-INS IN THE PRESENCE OF AN OPERATOR ONLY:

Please note that the check-in time should always be agreed directly with the property and that in case of late check-in there is an extra charge as follows: from 19:00 to 21:00 = 20 euros, from 21:00 to 23:00 = 30 euros.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children up to 14 years old are exempt. A reduced rate of €2.80 applies to guests under 26 and over 70.
