The sleeping area, with a double bed, is bathed in soft light that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for resting after a day spent exploring Venice’s narrow streets.

The compact and well-organised kitchenette, equipped with an induction hob, allows guests to prepare breakfast or light meals independently, while the dining table creates a small, cosy corner, perfect for starting the day at a slow pace.

The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.

Please note:
- You will be asked to provide identification documents for all guests staying at the property, in order to register them with the local authorities, as required by Italian law.

- Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance in order to organise a smooth check-in.

- The standard check-in procedure is self-service, so we will ask you for all the necessary information before your check-in.

We ask you to confirm your arrival time with the Operations Team.

Once you arrive, you can access the accommodation by collecting the set of keys from an external keybox, for which we will provide you with the code during check-in.
In-person check-ins are only available if previously agreed with our team and, in the event of late arrival, incur the following additional costs:

NB: There is no additional charge for late check-in using the self check-in method.

- The tourist tax payable to the City of Venice is not included in the price paid to confirm the booking. We will send you an online payment request.
The tourist tax is not included and must be paid online. The amount is €4 per person per night for the first 5 days (children aged 0-9 are exempt; children aged 10-15 receive a 50% reduction).
