Cozy and recently renovated, this apartment is located on the third and top floor (without an elevator) of an historic building and offers a comfortable and well-curated interior. Its strategic location, close to the San Marco Vallaresso and Rialto vaporetto stops, allows easy access to all parts of the city. From the apartment, you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the San Marco bell tower.

The apartment is just a short walk from Piazza San Marco, making it convenient to reach any point in the city. The nearby vaporetto stops, "San Marco Vallaresso" and "Rialto," provide quick and easy access to explore the Venetian canals.

Kitchen: Equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, and cooking utensils.
Bathroom: With shower and bidet.
Extra Services: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (1 split – in the living room), heating with a water boiler, hairdryer.
The air conditioner is located in the living room.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- You will be asked to provide identity documents of all guests who will be staying, in order to register them with the local authorities, as required by Italian law.
- Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance in order to arrange a smooth check-in.
- The standard mode of check-in is self check-in, so we will ask you for all the necessary information before your check-in.
- We ask you to confirm your arrival time to the Operations Team: after 10:00 pm you will not be able to access the apartment.
- Once you arrive, you will be able to access from the external door via remote operator and collect the keys from the keybox, whose code we will provide you with during check-in.
- In-person check-ins are available only if previously agreed with our team and, in the case of late arrival, involve the following additional charges:
from 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 €
from 22:00 to 24:00 >> 60 €
- NB: In the case of late check-in in self check-in mode there is no extra
charge.
The Venice tourist tax is not included in the price paid when booking. We will send you a payment link to settle the amount due. The tax is €4 per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of stay. Children from 0 to 9 years old are exempt, and children from 10 to 16 years old pay a 50% reduction on the tax.
