Spacious, elegant, and bright apartment of about 110 sqm on the first floor of a condominium with a charming retro style, located in the "Riviere esterne" area, just a few meters from the Specola, one of the most representative symbols of Padua and its history. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and features a small balcony overlooking the inner canal, where you can enjoy a relaxing aperitif while admiring one of the most beloved views by the people of Padua and beyond.

The spacious apartment, finely renovated, is located on the first floor of a historic condominium without an elevator.
It consists of:
Entrance: Directly into the large living room, divided into a relaxation area with a sofa, coffee table, TV, and related cabinet, and a dining area with access to the two balconies, one overlooking the inner canal and the other overlooking Riviera Paleocapa.
Master Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The double bed is placed on a slightly raised level (two steps), in an exceptional position to enjoy the view of the canal.
Bathroom of Bedroom 1: Windowed, with a WC, sink, bidet, and bathtub.
Master Bedroom 2: Equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables, a small sofa, and a large built-in wardrobe.
Kitchen: Equipped with a refrigerator, gas cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a breakfast table with four stools.
Laundry Room: With boiler, sink, washing machine, and cabinet.
Common Bathroom: Without a window, equipped with WC, shower, sink, and bidet.
Please note that the building has a condominium elevator, intended exclusively for the residents of the upper floors, and thus it is not available for our guests.
Other Useful Information:
For bookings with 2 guests, please confirm before arrival if you prefer to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.
All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for registration with the local authorities.
If you choose self check-in, documents must be presented before arrival.
Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Please note that in-person check-in times must always be arranged directly with the property, and an additional fee applies for check-ins after 19:00 as follows:
From 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euros
From 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euros
Self check-in is available without any additional charge starting from 15:00.
The tourist tax is not included in the price on the portal and must be paid locally in cash or online before arrival - it amounts to 1€ per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-16 years are exempt, as well as residents.
