Recently restored one-bedroom apartment, perfect for 2 people, cozy with modern furnishings. Located on the ground floor of a typical 19th-century Venetian building with an independent entrance and a spacious private internal courtyard, it is near the Sant'Alvise vaporetto stop, situated in the Cannaregio district, a peaceful and residential area close to the historic Jewish Ghetto of Venice. This area hosts several churches with frescoes by famous Venetian artists. From here, you can easily reach the world-famous lagoon islands: Murano, Burano, and Torcello. The neighborhood is known for its traditional osterias along the Fondamente della Sensa, Ormesini, and Misericordia.
It consists of:
Master bedroom: A bedroom with a standard double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
Living room: Featuring a sofa bed, dining area, and kitchenette.
Kitchenette: Equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils.
Bathroom: Located within the bedroom, with a shower box, bidet, and hairdryer. It has no windows.
Private Courtyard: A spacious internal courtyard for exclusive use, furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella.
Extra services: WIFI, air conditioning (2 units), autonomous heating.
Attention: During the winter months, a protective barrier of about 50 cm is installed at the apartment entrance to safeguard against high tide. The barrier is not removable, and guests will need to step over it to access the apartment.

You will be asked to provide the identification documents of all guests staying to register with the local authorities as required by Italian law.
We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time in advance to ensure smooth check-in arrangements.
The standard check-in method is self-check-in, and we will provide all the necessary details before your arrival.
In-person check-ins are available only if previously agreed with our team and, for late arrivals, the following additional fees apply:
From 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 €
From 22:00 to 24:00 >> 60 € Note: For late arrivals with self-check-in, no additional fees are required.
The tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Venice is not included in the price paid upon booking confirmation. We will send you a link to settle the amount due. The tax is 4 € per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of stay. Children from 0 to 9 years old are exempt, while those from 10 to 16 years old benefit from a 50% reduction on the tax.
