Comfortable and cozy 100 sqm apartment, located on the fourth and top floor of a 1960s building, WITHOUT an elevator. From its private balcony, you can enjoy views over the city rooftops, including a glimpse of the dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunciata and the Palladian Basilica.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city, right in the historic center of Vicenza, just outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone). There are various shops and traditional osterias nearby, and the famous twice-weekly city market is just a few steps away in the adjacent Piazza delle Erbe.
It is on the fourth and top floor of a 1960s building. Please note that there is NO elevator, and guests must climb the stairs to the fourth floor to access the apartment.
The apartment is approximately 100 square meters, plus about 30 square meters of balcony space, and consists of:
Sleeping area:
Master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables, and a workstation with desk;
Large walk-in closet;
Second bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm each), which can be joined into a double bed upon request (please confirm your preference BEFORE check-in), wardrobe, bedside tables, and a workstation with desk;
Living area:
Bathroom: with window, walk-in shower, and bidet;
Living room: with a comfortable sofa and armchair, dining table with 6 chairs, and Smart TV where you can access your accounts (Prime, NowTV, Netflix, etc.);
Kitchen: equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, moka pot, and cooking utensils;
Balcony/terrace: private and furnished with outdoor furniture, also housing the (covered) laundry area.
Extra amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (2 split units), independent heating, washing machine (external, on the balcony in the laundry area).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
For bookings of 2 guests, please confirm before arrival if you would like both bedrooms to be prepared. Otherwise, only one double bed will be made available.
All guests are required to register their identity documents online using the secure link that will be provided before arrival. The platform is directly connected to the Italian State Police portal, as required by Italian law, allowing guest information to be securely transmitted to the relevant authorities for check-in registration purposes.

Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00

Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euro,
from 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euro.

Self check-in, which is always available from 15:00, is not subject to the surcharge.

The tourist tax required by the Municipality of Vicenza is not included in the price shown on the booking platform and must be paid online before arrival or in cash at check-in.

The tax amounts to €3.50 per person per night and is charged for a maximum of 5 nights per calendar month. Therefore, if your stay extends across two different months, the tax will be charged for up to 5 nights in each month.

Children aged 0 to 13 years are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
