The entrance to the flat is located on the fourth floor of the historic building, which, due to its age, does not have a lift, and can comfortably accommodate 2 people.

The building, located in a quiet cul-de-sac near St. Mark's Square, guarantees maximum privacy.

The flat consists of an entrance hall that divides the two main areas: the living area and the sleeping area.

In the living area, there is a large open-plan kitchenette, a dining table and a spacious relaxation area with sofas.

Guests will have access to a hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.

The bedroom is a double room with a king-size bed (200x195) consisting of two single beds joined together, which cannot be separated.

The flat has two spacious and comfortable bathrooms, both with showers.

Additional amenities available to guests: Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, hairdryer.

We are pleased to provide our baby guests with a cot, which we rent for a small extra charge. This is subject to availability, which our team will be able to confirm to you prior to your arrival at the flat.

- At check-in you will be asked to show the identity documents of all guests, as required by Italian law.

- Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance in order to organise a smooth check-in.

- Check-ins after 20:00 are available if previously agreed with our team and incur the following additional charges
from 20:00 to 24:00 >> 50 €

- Visitor's tax is not included in the price paid on Airbnb, you must pay it in cash on arrival.
It is 4 € per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of your stay. Children from 0 to 9 years are exempt, those from 10 to 16 years have a 50% reduction on the tax.
