This unique 300 m² apartment, located on the 4th and 5th floors (no lift) of a historic building in the heart of Venice, offers a magnificent blend of size, style and opulence.

The building, located in a quiet cul-de-sac near St Mark's Square, guarantees maximum privacy. Meticulously designed, every corner of the flat exudes luxury and its roof terrace offers breathtaking 360-degree views of Venice for delightful dining experiences.

The entrance to the flat is located on the fourth floor of the historic building, which, due to its age, does not have a lift, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

It consists of a spacious entrance hall with a corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms, located on the lower floor, and a large, luxurious designer wooden staircase leading to the upper floor, the real gem of the flat.

There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds that can be joined if necessary, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third with a French bed.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, equipped with bidets and bathtubs/showers.

The rooms are furnished with fine furniture and objects to be discovered during your stay and boast unique views of the charming canals of Venice, ploughed by characteristic gondolas.

The upper level of the flat has a large and bright living room of about 60 square metres, with beautiful large arched windows offering a unique view of St. Mark's Bell Tower.

From here, you can access the outdoor terrace: a typical Venetian roof terrace, recently renovated and equipped with a table and chairs, which offers a truly incredible 360-degree view of the magical city of Venice at any time of day.

Also on the upper floor is a small music room, which houses a splendid piano, a corner where you can enjoy a moment of extraordinary relaxation.

The upper floor also features a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a bathroom.

Additional amenities available to guests include: Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

The house is private for guests.

We are pleased to provide our baby guests with a cot, which we rent for a small extra charge. This is subject to availability, which our team will be able to confirm to you prior to your arrival at the flat.
