The apartment is both functional and comfortable for hosting up to four people, and consists of:

Entrance: Leads to the open-plan living area, which includes the kitchen and a relaxation zone with a sofa bed.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a coffee machine (moka).

Relaxation Zone: Features a sofa (with a sofa bed function) and a large flat-screen Smart TV.

Bathroom: Not windowed, featuring a large shower, bidet, and a washing machine.

Bedroom: A spacious room with a double bed and wardrobe.

Additional Information
At check-in, we will need to register the details of each guest for legal purposes, so a valid ID will be required.

Please note that the check-in time must always be arranged directly with the property. In the case of a late check-in, this must be approved by our team.

For late check-ins, an additional fee applies as follows:

7:00 PM to 9:00 PM = €20

9:00 PM to 10:00 PM = €30

The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on arrival: €3.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-9 years are exempt, and children aged 10-16 years receive a 50% discount on the tax.
