L'Orto is composed of:
Spacious living room: Featuring a dining area with table and chairs and a salon with a sofa.
Mansard floor: With exposed beams, consisting of a relaxation area with two futon mattresses.
Bedroom: With a double bed (160x200), a small solid wood desk, nightstands, a wardrobe, and two windows.
Main bathroom: With a shower, suspended sanitary fixtures.
Second bathroom: With a shower, equipped with a washing machine.
Extra services: Ultra-fast Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, free street parking available.
Other Information:
All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for registration with the local authorities.
For self check-in, documents must be presented before arrival.

Please note that in-person check-in times must always be arranged directly with the property, and an additional fee applies for check-ins after 19:00 as follows:
From 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euros
From 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euros
Self check-in is available without any additional charge starting from 15:00.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid locally in cash or online before arrival - it amounts to 2.5€ per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-16 years are exempt, as well as residents.
