Functional kitchen: Equipped with a dining table and chairs.
Bedroom: With a double bed (160x200), a small solid wood desk, nightstands, a wardrobe, and windows.
Designer bathroom: With a walk-in shower.
Storage room: With a washing machine.
Extra services: Ultra-fast Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, free street parking.
Other Information:
All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for registration with the local authorities.
For self check-in, documents must be presented before arrival.

Check-out: until 10:00
Please note that in-person check-in times must always be arranged directly with the property, and an additional fee applies for check-ins after 19:00 as follows:
From 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euros
From 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euros
Self check-in is available without any additional charge starting from 15:00.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid locally in cash or online before arrival - it amounts to 2.5€ per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-16 years are exempt, as well as residents.
