The "Il Caffè" apartment consists of:
Large open-plan living room: Dining area with a table and chairs, a lounge with two comfortable sofas.
Corridor leading to the sleeping area.
Bedroom with a double bed (160x200): Equipped with a small solid wood desk, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a window.
Second bedroom: With a "French" bed, a wardrobe, and a window.
Master bathroom: With a shower, suspended sanitary fixtures, and a washing machine.
Second bathroom: With a shower.
Extra services: Ultra-fast Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, free private parking available.
PLEASE NOTE:
For bookings with 2 guests, we kindly ask you to confirm before arrival if you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.
Other Information:
All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for registration with the local authorities.
If you choose self check-in, documents must be presented before arrival.
Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Please note that in-person check-in times must always be arranged directly with the property, and an additional fee applies for check-ins after 19:00 as follows:
From 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euros
From 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euros
Self check-in is available without any additional charge starting from 15:00.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid locally in cash or online before arrival - it amounts to 2.5€ per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-16 years are exempt, as well as residents.
