Bedroom: Equipped with a standard double bed, a dresser, and spacious drawers under the bed. There’s also a modern flat-screen TV and a split air conditioning unit with inverter function.
Living area: Includes a kitchenette with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, pots, and utensils. The furnishings also include a dining table with chairs, a wardrobe, and a washing machine.
Bathroom: Windowed and equipped with a shower box, bidet, hot water boiler, and a comfortable electric fan heater for room heating.

Please note that in-person check-in times must always be arranged directly with the property, and an additional fee applies for check-ins after 19:00 as follows:
From 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euros
From 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euros
Self check-in is available without any additional charge starting from 15:00.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid locally in cash or online before arrival - it amounts to 2.5€ per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-16 years are exempt, as well as residents.
