Living/Sleeping Area: A comfortable double bed with two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The living area features a wall unit with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable armchair, and a dining table.
Balcony: A small balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing on sunny days.
Kitchen: Equipped with a mini refrigerator without a freezer, induction cooktop, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, and moka pot.
Bathroom: Without a window, it has a shower box, bidet, and washing machine.
Extra Services: WIFI and air conditioning (1 split unit). The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests.
A few days before your arrival, we will provide all the necessary information via chat/email on how to reach the apartment and access it autonomously and flexibly. Check-in is possible via KeyBox with self check-in. Upon request, we will be happy to welcome you in person upon arrival (in-person check-in must be arranged with the Team at least 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to an additional fee, depending on the arrival time). All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for registration with the local authorities. If you choose self check-in, documents must be presented before arrival.

Please note that the time for in-person check-in must always be arranged directly with the property, and there is an additional charge as follows for check-in after 19:00:
From 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euros
From 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euros
Self check-in is available without any additional charge starting at 15:00.
The tourist tax is not included in the price on the portal and must be paid locally in cash or online before arrival - it amounts to 1€ per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-16 years are exempt, as well as residents.
