Next to the living room, you will find a true separate dining room, a rare and precious space created for slow breakfasts, dinners with family or friends, and special moments shared around the table. The separate eat-in kitchen completes the living area with all the practicality you need: spacious, fully equipped, and functional, it features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, coffee machine, and everything required to prepare anything from quick meals to more elaborate dishes.

Wi-Fi: Unlimited internet connection available throughout the apartment.
Elevator: The building has an elevator, but it is small and dated (suitable for one person with luggage at a time). Please note that it is located on a raised floor and can be reached after 5 steps.
Air Conditioning: Two split air-conditioning units are available, positioned in the living area and in the sleeping area to ensure comfort during warmer months.
Sofa Beds: The apartment includes one double sofa bed in the living room and one single sofa bed in the study, offering extra flexibility for families or groups.

Upon request, we will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival (in-person check-in must be arranged with the team at least 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to an additional fee, depending on your arrival time).A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with all the necessary information via Airbnb on how to reach the flat and how to access it independently and flexibly.

All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purpose of check-in registration with the local authorities.
In the case of self check-in, it is required to present the documents prior to arrival at the hotel.

Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euro,
from 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euro.

Self check-in, which is always available from 15:00, is not subject to the surcharge.
