The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- You will be asked to provide identity documents of all guests who will be staying, in order to register them with the local authorities, as required by Italian law.
- Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance in order to arrange a smooth check-in.
- The standard mode of check-in is self check-in, so we will ask you for all the necessary information before your check-in.
- We ask you to confirm your arrival time to the Operations Team: after 10:00 pm you will not be able to access the apartment.
- Once you arrive, you will be able to access from the external door via remote operator and collect the keys from the keybox, whose code we will provide you with during check-in.
- In-person check-ins are available only if previously agreed with our team and, in the case of late arrival, involve the following additional charges:
from 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 €
from 22:00 to 24:00 >> 60 €
- NB: In the case of late check-in in self check-in mode there is no extra
charge.
The tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Venice is not included in the price paid upon booking confirmation. We will send you a payment request via Stripe to settle the amount due.
The tax is 4 € per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of stay. Children from 0 to 9 years old are exempt, and children from 10 to 16 years old receive a 50% reduction on the tax.
