Living area
The heart of the flat is a bright and harmonious space, where contemporary design meets comfort. The sofa bed, with its soft and welcoming lines, invites you to relax after a day in the city, while the dining table creates a convivial space perfect for leisurely breakfasts or intimate dinners. The diffused lighting enhances every detail, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Kitchen
Compact, modern and perfectly organised, the kitchen is designed to offer functionality without compromising on aesthetics. Clean surfaces, essential appliances and natural light create a practical and pleasant space, ideal for preparing a light meal or enjoying a good coffee before heading out.
Bedroom
The master bedroom (photos not yet available) is a space dedicated to rest and tranquillity. Essential lines, neutral colours and a cosy atmosphere accompany sleep, offering an intimate and quiet retreat in the heart of the city.
Bathroom
The modern and refined bathroom features natural materials and refined finishes. The large shower, designer washbasin and soft lighting transform everyday gestures into a small ritual of well-being.
The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.
PLEASE NOTE:
For bookings for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.
A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with all the necessary information on how to reach the flat and how to access it independently and flexibly.
Check-in is possible via KeyBox with self check-in.
Upon request, we will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival (in-person check-in must be arranged with the team at least 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to an additional fee, depending on your arrival time).
All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purpose of check-in registration with the local authorities.
In the case of self check-in, it is required to present the documents prior to arrival at the hotel.
Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euro,
from 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euro.
Self check-in, which is always available from 15:00, is not subject to the surcharge.

Tourist tax is not included in the portal price and is payable locally in cash or online prior to arrival - it amounts to €3.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-16 years are not subject to payment and residents are exempt.
The property does not have a reception or concierge service, and you will be able to access the flat independently. Check-in times, which are possible on request, should always be arranged directly with our team no later than 24 hours before your arrival. The check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00. For check-ins after 19:00 there is a surcharge as follows: from 19:00 to 21:00 : 30 €.
Please complete the web check-in by following the instructions provided in the link you received via chat.
The information submitted will be sent directly to the Italian State Police, as required by law, and you will also be asked to pay the city tax via secure payment through Stripe.
Once the web check-in has been completed, you will receive the access instructions for the apartment, which will be valid starting from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
