Il Cesellatore
is a contemporary design apartment, characterized by clean lines, high-quality materials, and great attention to detail. The spaces are spacious and bright, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and functionality for both short and long stays.
Living and Dining Area
The entrance leads into a spacious open-plan living area, filled with natural light thanks to large windows. The living area features a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing moments, while the dining area includes a table with designer chairs, perfect for breakfasts, shared meals, or smart working. The atmosphere is modern and well-organized, enhanced by soft and evenly distributed lighting.
In the living area there is a soundproof door that can be used to connect the two adjoining flats if required.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. It features modern appliances, a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and all the essentials needed to cook independently. The layout is functional while maintaining a refined and minimalist aesthetic.
Master Bedroom
The main bedroom is cozy and quiet, furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Neutral tones and indirect lighting create a relaxing environment, ideal for resting after a day exploring the city.
Single Bedroom
The second bedroom features a single bed and is designed as a versatile space, suitable for an adult, a child, or as a quiet work area. Modern furnishings and clean lines ensure comfort and practicality here as well.
Bathroom
The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, with a shower, wall-hung sanitary ware, and a vanity unit offering storage space. Contemporary finishes and functional lighting make the room both practical and pleasant.
Shared Laundry
A shared laundry area is available to guests of the building, free of charge and shared among all guests. The laundry includes a washing machine and a dryer. Exclusive use is not available. This service is particularly convenient for medium- and long-term stays.
The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.
PLEASE NOTE:
For bookings for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.
A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with all the necessary information on how to reach the flat and how to access it independently and flexibly.
Check-in is possible via KeyBox with self check-in.
Upon request, we will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival (in-person check-in must be arranged with the team at least 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to an additional fee, depending on your arrival time).
All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purpose of check-in registration with the local authorities.
In the case of self check-in, it is required to present the documents prior to arrival at the hotel.
Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00
Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euro,
from 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euro.
Self check-in, which is always available from 15:00, is not subject to the surcharge.

Tourist tax is not included in the portal price and is payable locally in cash or online prior to arrival - it amounts to €3.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-16 years are not subject to payment and residents are exempt.
The property does not have a reception or concierge service, and you will be able to access the flat independently. Check-in times, which are possible on request, should always be arranged directly with our team no later than 24 hours before your arrival. The check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00. For check-ins after 19:00 there is a surcharge as follows: from 19:00 to 21:00 : 30 €.
Please complete the web check-in by following the instructions provided in the link you received via chat.
The information submitted will be sent directly to the Italian State Police, as required by law, and you will also be asked to pay the city tax via secure payment through Stripe.
Once the web check-in has been completed, you will receive the access instructions for the apartment, which will be valid starting from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
