The central location makes it easy to reach Piazza dei Signori, the Basilica Palladiana, restaurants, and traditional shops.

The apartment has been designed to accommodate both guests with mobility impairments and guests without walking difficulties (door width 79 cm), offering spacious, functional, and barrier-free interiors. All main areas are arranged on a single level, with no internal steps, wide passages, and continuous surfaces to ensure comfort and freedom of movement.

The entrance is at street level, with no steps, allowing easy access also for wheelchair users. The living area is bright and well-organized, with essential furnishings that enhance usability. The fully equipped kitchenette is designed to be convenient both standing and seated, with an accessible worktop and free space underneath for frontal approach.

The double bedroom is quiet and welcoming, with generous space around the bed to facilitate movement and maneuvering. The bed is comfortable and easily accessible, ensuring a relaxing stay for every guest.

The bathroom is fully accessible and designed to ensure safety and practicality: walk-in shower, fold-down seat, grab bars, and adequate maneuvering space. A functional solution for guests with reduced mobility, also appreciated by those who prefer a spacious, modern, and uncluttered bathroom.

A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available within the building, located on the top floor. The area can be reached by elevator followed by a short flight of stairs; for this reason, wheelchair users can access the laundry only if accompanied.

A few days before arrival, you will receive via chat/email all the necessary information on how to reach the apartment and access it independently and flexibly.
Check-in is available via KeyBox with self check-in.
Upon request, we will be happy to welcome you in person at your arrival (in-person check-in must be arranged with the Team at least 24 hours before arrival and is subject to an additional fee depending on arrival time).

All guests are required to present valid ID documents upon arrival, as required by Italian law for registration with local authorities.
In case of self check-in, documents must be provided before arrival.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Please note that in-person check-in times must always be agreed directly with the property. An additional fee applies for in-person check-in after 7:00 PM:

Self check-in is not subject to any surcharge and is always available from 3:00 PM.
