Its generous, harmonious interiors are designed to be enjoyed effortlessly, balancing inviting shared spaces with more intimate corners dedicated to relaxation.

The living area

At the heart of the home is the spacious and bright living area, a welcoming setting where the lounge, dining area and kitchen flow naturally into one another while retaining their own distinct character. Wooden flooring brings warmth to the interiors, while the large windows fill the rooms with natural light and create a pleasant connection with the outdoor spaces.

The lounge immediately invites you to unwind, with a large corner sofa that is perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring Vicenza. Clean-lined furnishings, works of art and carefully chosen decorative details give the space a distinctive and welcoming personality, far removed from the impersonal feel of a typical holiday rental.

Next to the lounge, the dining area provides the perfect setting for spending time together. The large table with six seats is ideal for a leisurely breakfast, dinner with family or friends, or simply enjoying the comfort of the home during a longer stay.

The kitchen

The bedrooms

The sleeping area features two double bedrooms, both designed to offer an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Natural tones, wooden flooring and soft lighting create peaceful spaces where you can slow down and enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

Both bedrooms offer dedicated storage for clothes and personal belongings and are air-conditioned for maximum comfort even during the warmer months. One bedroom also features a TV and direct access to the outdoor space: opening the door in the morning and letting the natural light stream in is one of the simple pleasures of staying here.

The bathroom

The bathroom reflects the same contemporary style found throughout the home, combining elegant finishes with distinctive design details. The spacious shower, complete with a rainfall showerhead, creates a comfortable setting for a relaxing moment at the beginning or end of the day.

A wall-mounted vanity, large backlit mirror and textured finishes give the room a refined yet functional character. A washing machine is also available, offering additional convenience, particularly for guests enjoying a longer stay.

A second outdoor space is directly connected to one of the double bedrooms and enjoys an open outlook onto the surrounding greenery, bringing an even greater sense of light and tranquillity to the sleeping area.

The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.

PLEASE NOTE:
For bookings for 2 guests, please confirm before arrival whether you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.

A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with all the necessary information via Airbnb on how to reach the flat and how to access it independently and flexibly. You will need to register your guests’ details and pay the tourist tax online.
Check-in is possible via KeyBox with self check-in, However, we do not offer remote support after 9.00 pm.
Upon request, we will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival (in-person check-in must be arranged with the team at least 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to an additional fee, depending on your arrival time).

All guests are required to register their identity documents online using the secure link that will be provided before arrival. The platform is directly connected to the Italian State Police portal, as required by Italian law, allowing guest information to be securely transmitted to the relevant authorities for check-in registration purposes.

Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00

Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euro,
from 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euro.

Self check-in, which is always available from 15:00, is not subject to the surcharge.

The tourist tax required by the Municipality of Vicenza is not included in the price shown on the booking platform and must be paid online before arrival.

The tax amounts to €3.50 per person per night and is charged for a maximum of 5 nights per calendar month. Therefore, if your stay extends across two different months, the tax will be charged for up to 5 nights in each month.

Children aged 0 to 13 years are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

The property does not have a reception or concierge service, and you will be able to access the flat independently. Check-in times, which are possible on request, should always be arranged directly with our team no later than 24 hours before your arrival. The check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00. For check-ins after 19:00 there is a surcharge as follows: from 19:00 to 21:00 : 30 €.
