Living Area: Stylishly decorated open space with a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-quality appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer) and a small dining table with stools. The living room includes a sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV for your entertainment.

Sleeping Area: Mezzanine bedroom with a small wardrobe and dresser, accessed via a staircase (note: steps are narrow and require caution).

Bathroom: Recently renovated with a spacious shower and washing machine available for guests.

Check-in is via KeyBox (self check-in), and all instructions will be provided via Airbnb a few days before your arrival.
Upon request, we’re happy to welcome you in person (in-person check-in must be arranged at least 24h in advance and is subject to an additional fee, depending on your arrival time):

From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €30
Self check-in is always available from 3:00 PM and is free of charge.

All guests are required to present valid ID documents upon arrival, as required by Italian law for registration with local authorities.
For self check-in, documents must be submitted prior to arrival.

Tourist Tax
Not included in the booking price and must be paid either in cash on-site or online before arrival:
