Located in the heart of Venice, in the picturesque San Polo district, our apartment at Calle Pezzana 2162 offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and Venetian charm. Spacious Open Space: The apartment features a large and airy living area with a double bed in a separate zone, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The room is decorated with a large mural in vibrant colors, adding personality and a unique atmosphere to the space.

Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 160x195 cm mattress and high-quality linens, ensuring a restful sleep. Large windows provide excellent natural light during the day, making the space warm and welcoming.

Living Area: There is a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into a bed, 140x195 cm) perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or watching TV. The minimalist design and warm colors create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. You’ll have everything you need to prepare meals just like at home.

For bookings with 2 guests, we kindly ask that you confirm before arrival if you would prefer to use both bedrooms. If not, only the double bed will be prepared.

You will be asked to provide the identity documents of all guests staying, in order to register them with the local authorities as required by Italian law.

Please note that we always need to know your estimated arrival time in advance to arrange a smooth check-in.

The standard check-in method is self check-in, and we will provide all necessary information before your check-in.

In-person check-ins are only available if previously agreed with our team, and late arrivals incur the following extra fees:

From 20:00 to 22:00 >> €40

From 22:00 to 24:00 >> €60

NB: For late check-ins using self check-in, no extra charges apply.

The local tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice is not included in the price paid upon booking confirmation. We will send you a request for payment via STRIPE to settle the due amount.

The tax is €4 per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of stay. Children from 0 to 9 years old are exempt, while those from 10 to 16 years old receive a 50% reduction on the tax.
