A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with all the necessary information on how to reach the flat and how to access it independently and flexibly.
Check-in is possible via KeyBox with self check-in.
Upon request, we will be happy to welcome you in person upon your arrival (in-person check-in must be arranged with the team at least 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to an additional fee, depending on your arrival time).

All guests' identity documents must be presented upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purposes of check-in registration with the local authorities.
In the case of self check-in, documents must be presented before arrival at the property.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

Please note that check-in times must always be agreed directly with the property and a surcharge will apply as follows for check-ins after 7 p.m.:
from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. >> €30,
from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. >> €40.

Self check-in, which is always available from 15:00, is not subject to the surcharge.
