The apartment is located in the historic center of Vicenza, in a very quiet neighborhood, on the ground floor of a 1960s building. It consists of:
Double bedroom: furnished with a standard double bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
Living room (open-plan with kitchen): includes a relaxation corner, sofa bed, TV, and dining area with table.
Kitchen: equipped with refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, moka pot, and cooking utensils.
Bathroom: with window, recessed shower, and bidet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning (1 split unit), independent heating.
PLEASE NOTE:
Free parking spaces in the courtyard may be available, but they are not assigned or reserved to any specific apartment. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be booked or guaranteed.
OTHER INFORMATION:
All guests are required to present valid ID documents upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for registration with the local authorities.
In case of self check-in, documents must be submitted before arrival.
Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Please note that in-person check-in must be arranged directly with the host. A late check-in fee applies as follows:
From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €30
Self check-in is always available from 3:00 PM and comes at no extra charge.
All guests are required to register their identity documents online using the secure link that will be provided before arrival. The platform is directly connected to the Italian State Police portal, as required by Italian law, allowing guest information to be securely transmitted to the relevant authorities for check-in registration purposes.

Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00

Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euro,
from 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euro.

Self check-in, which is always available from 15:00, is not subject to the surcharge.

The tourist tax required by the Municipality of Vicenza is not included in the price shown on the booking platform and must be paid online before arrival.

The tax amounts to €3.50 per person per night and is charged for a maximum of 5 nights per calendar month. Therefore, if your stay extends across two different months, the tax will be charged for up to 5 nights in each month.

Children aged 0 to 13 years are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
