This 90 sqm elegant apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building with elevator, right in the heart of Vicenza’s historic center, within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).
Overlooking internal courtyards, the apartment is exceptionally quiet, and the exposed wooden beams throughout add timeless beauty to the space.

The apartment has two entrances, one of which is through a beautiful antique iron door, and features terracotta flooring in the living area and parquet throughout the rest of the home.
It includes:

Living Area: cozy and bright, with a wooden dining table and a comfortable sofa.

Kitchen Area: elegant granite and wood kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories.

Master Bedroom: decorated with high-design details from the Memphis period, featuring a double bed, bedside tables, and window.

Hallway/Study Area: with a sofa bed, desk area, and a spacious wardrobe.

Bathroom: large, windowed, with original terracotta tiles and stylish brass details.

Please Note
For bookings of 2 guests, please confirm before arrival if you'd like to use both the bed and the sofa bed. Otherwise, only the double bed will be prepared.

Additional Information
All guests are required to register their identity documents online using the secure link that will be provided before arrival. The platform is directly connected to the Italian State Police portal, as required by Italian law, allowing guest information to be securely transmitted to the relevant authorities for check-in registration purposes.

Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
Check-out: until 10:00

Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 >> 30 euro,
from 21:00 to 23:00 >> 40 euro.

Self check-in, which is always available from 15:00, is not subject to the surcharge.

The tourist tax required by the Municipality of Vicenza is not included in the price shown on the booking platform and must be paid online before arrival.

The tax amounts to €3.50 per person per night and is charged for a maximum of 5 nights per calendar month. Therefore, if your stay extends across two different months, the tax will be charged for up to 5 nights in each month.

Children aged 0 to 13 years are exempt from paying the tourist tax
