Cittadella Modern Studio is a bright 35 sqm studio located on the third floor of a prestigious building with an elevator. It comfortably accommodates up to 2 people.
The apartment is strategically located in the Historic Center, making it extremely convenient for reaching the city's most popular attractions. The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation. The exceptional location and the comforts of the apartment will make your stay in Verona a unique experience.

The studio is very well-situated in the historic center, but it is not within the ZTL zone, and it is very bright thanks to its large windows.
The living area is equipped with an induction cooktop, but it does not have an oven.
The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed and is separated from the living area by a large modern-style bookshelf.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bidet and shower.

Additional Information
All ID documents of guests must be presented upon arrival as required by Italian law.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival: €2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-14 years and residents are exempt. Guests aged over 70 and young people aged 15–25 pay €2 per person per day for the first 5 days.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Late Check-in Supplement
For late check-ins, a supplement is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival:

7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €20

9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €30
