Welcome to this delightful one-bedroom apartment of about 35 square metres, located on the second floor of a quiet, historic building, a few steps from the centre of Padua. Recently renovated and with attention to detail, it is perfect for couples, single travellers or travelling professionals.

📍 The location is strategic: in just a few minutes on foot or by public transport you will reach the historic centre, the station and the main cultural attractions. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and public transport stops.

⚠️ The flat is located on the second floor without lift (37 steps). Animals and private events are not allowed. Respect of the quiet times is requested: 13:00-15:00 and after 22:00.

🗝️ Smart check-in: from 3 p.m. and after providing documents and paying the city tax online.

The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.

A few days before your arrival we will provide you via Airbnb with all the necessary information on how to get to the flat and how to access it independently and flexibly.
Check-in is possible via KeyBox with self check-in.
Upon request, we are happy to welcome you in person on your arrival (check-in in person must be arranged with the team no later than 24 hours before your arrival and is subject to a surcharge, depending on the time of arrival).

All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival, as required by Italian law, for the purpose of check-in registration with the local authorities.
In the case of self check-in, it is required to present the documents prior to arrival at the hotel.

Check-in: 3 :00 - 7:00 PM
Check-out: until 10 AM

Please note that in-person check-in times should always be arranged directly with the property, and a surcharge is payable as follows in the case of an in-person check-in after 19:00
from 19:00 to 21:00 PM; 30 euro,
from 21:00 to 23:00 PM; 40 euro.

Self check-in, which is always available from 3 PM onwards, is not subject to a surcharge.

Tourist tax is not included in the portal price and is payable locally in cash or online before arrival - it amounts to 2.50€ per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-16 years are not subject to payment and residents are exempt.
