Located on the ground floor of a typical Venetian building, the apartment welcomes you with a warm and relaxing atmosphere, where every detail reflects the charm of local homes: the red terracotta floor, the exposed beams, the cosy and harmonious spaces, and the immediate feeling that you’ve arrived in the right place.

The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.

For bookings of 2 guests, please confirm before arrival whether you would like to use both bedrooms. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.

- You will be asked to provide the identity documents of all guests staying at the property so that we can register them with the local authorities, as required by Italian law.

- Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in.

- The standard check-in procedure is self-service, so we will ask you for all the necessary information prior to your check-in.

Once you arrive, you can access the property via the main entrance using a remote-controlled system.
In-person check-ins are available only if previously arranged with our team and, in the event of a late arrival, incur the following additional charges:

from 10.00 pm to midnight >> €60
NB: There is no surcharge for late check-in via self-check-in.

- The tourist tax payable to the City of Venice is not included in the price paid upon booking confirmation; we will send you a payment request to settle the amount due.
The tax is €4 per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of your stay. Children aged 0 to 9 are exempt, and those aged 10 to 15,99 receive a 50% reduction on the tax.

Please complete the web check-in by following the instructions provided in the link you received via chat.

The information submitted will be sent directly to the Italian State Police, as required by law, and you will also be asked to pay the city tax via secure payment through Stripe.

Once the web check-in has been completed, you will receive the access instructions for the apartment, which will be valid starting from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

On arrival, you will find the requested number of beds already made up, a welcome pack containing essentials for your stay, and a set of towels per person.
