This comfortable two-room apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator in a prestigious complex in the elegant Borgo Trento neighborhood. It's in an optimal position to discover, even on foot, the beauty of the romantic city of Verona. Set in one of the oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods, the apartment also features a large private terrace and is strategically located to easily reach the nearby Borgo Trento Hospital, a highlight of Veneto's and Italy's healthcare system.

Location:

Situated on the third floor with an elevator in a beautiful building in the heart of Verona. The apartment has no internal stairs.

Living Area:

Living room with a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and refrigerator, a microwave (no traditional oven). The living room also has a dining table with 4 chairs.

Sleeping Area:

A spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe, a double bed, and a single bed. There’s also a smart TV in the room.

Bathroom:

A fully renovated windowed bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Private Terrace:

Both the kitchen and the bedroom have access to a large private terrace of over 20 m², which includes a laundry area.

Extra Bed:

In case of a fourth guest, the apartment offers a foldable single bed, which can be placed in the living area or in the bedroom alongside the existing beds.

Air Conditioning:

Air conditioning units are available in both the kitchen and the bedroom.

Parking:

Parking is available inside the building, but it's not assigned (parking availability depends on space).

Additional Information
Identity Documents: All guests' identity documents must be presented upon arrival as required by Italian law.

Tourist Tax: Not included in the price. To be paid in cash upon arrival: €2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days.

Children aged 0-14 years and residents are exempt.

Guests aged over 70 and young people aged 15-25 years pay €2 per person per day for the first 5 days.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Late Check-in Fees: An additional fee will be required for late check-ins, to be paid in cash upon arrival:

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: €20

9:00 PM - 11:00 PM: €30
