The well-maintained complex is in the Borgo Roma district, easily accessible by public transport or car. There are ample parking spaces dedicated to residents within the building. The proximity to major roads makes this location very convenient and comfortable for business, study, or tourist stays.

This modern and comfortable apartment is on a single level and offers spacious, livable areas, as well as a lovely terrace with a pleasant, open view of nearby green spaces. It is composed of:

Living Room: Large living area with access to the terrace, featuring a sofa bed for two people and a television.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas burners, refrigerator, wall-mounted television, kettle, microwave, and a pod coffee maker. It also includes a table and four chairs.

Bedroom 1: A "French" bed (smaller than a double) with a wardrobe and private balcony.

Bedroom 2: A bright room with a window, two single beds, and a desk.

Bedroom 3: A large double room with a wardrobe and study area, also with access to the terrace via a portion of the balcony.

Bathroom 1: A large, windowed bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.

Bathroom 2: A non-windowed bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

Check-in: At check-in, we will need to register the details of each guest for legal purposes, so a valid ID will be required.

Please note that check-in times must always be coordinated directly with the property. For late check-ins, an additional fee applies as follows:

From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM = €20

From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM = €30

Tourist Tax: Not included in the price and to be paid via a payment link provided by our team. The tax is €2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children aged 0-9 years are exempt, while children aged 10-16 years receive a 50% reduction.
