Cozy traditional Venetian apartment in the Castello district, just a short walk from Viale Garibaldi and ideally located for visiting the Biennale. Set on the second floor of a historic building with no elevator, it offers a well-kept interior and an authentic atmosphere. Spread over multiple levels with internal stairs, it features a bright living area with kitchenette, a bathroom, and a lofted attic bedroom. Air conditioning and heating included. Not recommended for children, seniors, or tall.
Entrance and Layout
The apartment is arranged over multiple levels, typical of historic Venetian homes. Access is from the second floor of the building (no elevator). Once inside, the spaces are well organized and functional, with a vertical layout that naturally separates the living area, bathroom, and sleeping area.
The apartment has a total surface of approximately 35 sqm and features an independent entrance with keys.
Living Area
The living area is bright and welcoming, furnished in a simple and functional style. It includes:
lounge area with a single sofa bed (suitable for 1 guest)
dining table
well-integrated kitchenette
desk, suitable as a workspace
The windows overlook the calle and surrounding rooftops, creating an authentic and typically Venetian atmosphere. The room is air-conditioned (1 split) and equipped with independent heating powered by a new gas boiler (2025). Unlimited Wi-Fi is available.
Kitchenette
The kitchenette is compact yet fully equipped, designed for short or medium stays. It provides everything needed to prepare simple meals and breakfasts, blending seamlessly into the living area without taking up extra space.
Lofted Attic Bedroom
The bedroom is located in a lofted attic space, cozy and full of character.
Main features include:

reduced ceiling height (maximum approx. 1.70 m)
quiet and intimate atmosphere
dedicated air conditioning (1 split)
The room is equipped with a duvet, extra pillows, clothes rack, wall mirror, and blackout shutters.
A charming space for guests who appreciate traditional Venetian interiors. Not recommended for very tall guests (over approximately 1.90 m).
Bathroom
The private bathroom, located on the intermediate level, is functional and well maintained. It includes:

hot water supplied by an independent gas boiler (2025)
hairdryer
A practical and private space, conveniently located between the living area and the bedroom.
Internal Stairs
The apartment is connected by two flights of steep and narrow internal stairs, typical of historic Venetian buildings:
approximately 10 steps from the entrance level to the living area
approximately 11 steps from the living area to the lofted attic bedroom
For this reason, the apartment is not recommended for small children, senior guests, or people with mobility difficulties.
Capacity
The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests, thanks to the double bed in the attic bedroom and the single sofa bed in the living area.
The flat is for the exclusive use of guests.
PLEASE NOTE:
For bookings for 2 guests, we ask you to confirm before arrival if you prefer to use both beds. Otherwise, only one double bed will be prepared.

- You will be asked to provide identity documents of all guests staying, in order to register them with the local authorities, as required by Italian law.
- Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance to organise a smooth check-in.
- The standard mode of check-in is self check-in, so we will provide you with all necessary information prior to your check-in.
In-person check-ins are only available if previously arranged with our team and, in the case of late arrival, the following additional charges apply

Important note: In case of late check-in in self check-in mode, there is no surcharge.
- The city tax due to the City of Venice is not included in the price paid upon confirmation of your reservation, we will send you a payment request to settle the amount due.
The tax is €4 per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of your stay. Children 0-9 years old are exempt, children 10-16 years old have a 50% reduction on the tax.
